We always ensure your peace of mind when dealing with returns by replacing any incorrect or damaged products. This way you can relax and place your order with complete confidence. All of our products, especially our organic soap collection, have received nothing but positive feedback so far. But if you are unhappy with our products in any way, please inform us, and we will try to solve any issues, or your money back. This is our promise to you.


We urge you to please inspect the shipped products instantly upon arrival. If the products sent to you are incorrect or damaged, then inform us within three days of receiving them. Please snap a photo of the products, and send us a direct email to hello [at] with “REQUEST FOR RETURN” in the subject. Any incorrect or damages products that satisfy the above requirements can be returned and replaced with new products as soon as possible. Incorrect or damaged products that are held for over three days after receiving them will not be eligible for return. To date, we have never had any requests for return, since we take extra care in wrapping up the product securely, and select the most reliable courier.


Also note that since our products are handmade in small batches, their design and appearance may slightly differ than the photos on the website. This is because we constantly refine our recipes and techniques to further improve the overall quality of our products.
